Food Disclaimer and Liability Waiver
All our food items are produced and processed in a facility that handles possible allergens such as nuts ,eggs, dairy and products containing gluten. We cannot guarantee absolute absence of cross contamination in our food products. We cannot guarantee that our food products are safe to consume for people with food allergies.
Our food products do not contain added salt, refined sugar, monosodium glutamate, artificial flavorings or preservatives. However, in certain circumstances, we do use ready made products, which may/may not contain the above-mentioned ingredients, available to us in the market. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge this information and assume all the risks associated with the consumption of our food items.
You shall not hold Boards by Sol liable for any adverse reaction as a result of the consumption of our food products. Handling of food items carries with it inherent risks that include but not limited to improper storage, and other food handling processes not within the control of Boards by Sol. With each purchase, you agree, indemnify and hold harmless Boards by Sol from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fee as a result of the use and consumption of our products.
